Support
A receptionist on your website (typing, like
popular instant messaging programs, only better): Answer questions,
transfer calls to different departments, take messages, automatically
push visitors to various pages on site, record
important conversations.
A typical receptionist answers the same questions over and
over again. This program let's you program in your "canned"
responses, so you're not constantly typing in the same repeatedly.
Of course there will be times, when a canned response will
not be adequate support, and the receptionist can type the
appropriate response or transfer to call to another department
or even take a message.
To give it a try, simply click on the "Live Support"
icon at the bottom of this page. The one that looks similar
to the Live Support we've implemented in our Demo Site (image
to the left).
Enter your name or one you'd like to have during this session,
and chat with our Live Support.
The live support in this demo is provided by Infobytes, the
founders of StarGov. You'll see that the interface accomodates
the Infobytes' look and feel. Obviously, the Live Support
can be tailored to match the look of your website.

Of course, you will have the flexibillity with
the interface and the degree of interaction with your visitors.
If you do not want to accept a call, you simply click a button
and they will be prompted to leave a message.
